Every message is approved by a human

By default nothing sends without you. Guildia drafts; your office manager approves. And there's an undo window on everything that goes out, so a mistake is always recoverable.

Emergencies are handled safely

A possible emergency gets your office's own emergency protocol — never clinical advice — and is flagged for a person immediately. Safety rules here can't be loosened by configuration.

Consent, opt-out & quiet hours

No patient is messaged without consent on file. “STOP” is honored instantly and permanently. No texts go out during quiet hours, and a frequency cap prevents over-messaging.

Everything is audited

Every approval, edit, send, and settings change is written to an append-only log. You can always see exactly who did what, and when — nothing happens off the record.

Patient privacy by design

Patient names and phone numbers are never written to logs or analytics — we work with internal IDs. You can export or delete a patient's data on request.
